Compared with traditional dyeing process, dope dyed UHMWPE Fiber is realized at the original liquid stage, which greatly reduces the amount of dye, improves the absorption rate of the dye, reduces generation of waste water, and greatly enhances color fastness of the fiber, while the mechanical properties won’t vary much with the natural white UHMWPE fiber.
